1) When requesting a booking, you will be sent a booking pack comprising of 2 booking forms, one for you to keep, and one must be signed and returned with a £50 non-refundable booking fee within fourteen days. You will also receive a “playlist request” form, which we ask you to complete and return as soon as possible. Please make all cheques payable to JUSTIN ADDISON. Upon receipt and payment processed, we will send a booking confirmation letter.

2) If the booking form and deposit are not received within 14 days from the date of the request, we reserve the right to alter our work schedule without notice.

3) All balances outstanding must be paid no later than fourteen days prior to the function date if paying by cheque. Alternatively, the balance may be paid in cash, on the date of the function, before the event. Failure to adhere to this will result in the booking becoming null & void.

4) Cancellations must be made in writing and in the event of a cancellation the following fees apply:

One month or more before the function date = loss of booking fee.

One month or less before the function date = 50% of the full amount.

Seven days or less before the function date = full amount.

5) We will require suitable time to install our equipment (usually 1 hour) before the start time. If there are access problems, which were not previously advised to us, we may apply a surcharge up to £25, to be paid up-front, in cash.

6) If the performance is delayed due to accessibility problems, or any other delay beyond our control, we will not be held liable for any refund.

7) We will require adequate space (8ft (2.4m) wide x 4ft (1.2m) deep) to set up our equipment. Also a suitable power supply in the form of 2 x unshared 13amp 240V sockets will be required.

8) The client will provide adequate supervision of guests (especially children) at the venue, and will be liable for any loss of, or damage to, our equipment other than that caused by general wear and tear.

9) Our staff will conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner throughout the attendance at the venue, and will respond to the client's requests regarding volume, music and any other reasonable requests.

10) We do not tolerate violent, abusive or aggressive behaviour of any kind.  We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time (without notice) should this happen. No refunds will be made under these circumstances.

11) Extra playing time may be granted where feasible, subject to venue restrictions and permission, at a rate of £30 per half hour or part thereof.

12) All bookings are taken on the understanding that the venue is in possession of the necessary entertainment & liquor licenses. We will not be held responsible if such licenses are not held by the venue.

13) All our equipment is checked prior to arrival and has been fully tested for safety by a qualified electrical engineer. If our equipment requires connection to 3rd party equipment, we reserve the right to do so if the equipment appears to be unsafe or incompatible with ours.

14) We may take photographs during your function for promotional purposes, please advise us before hand if you do not want this. We will not take photographs at functions with minors (under 18's)
